Polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS)
PC/ABS is a blend of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS). This material offers most of the desirable properties of these two polymers, combining the high processability of ABS with the excellent mechanical, impact and heat resistance properties of PC.
PC/ABS blends have a synergistic effect, resulting in excellent impact resistance at low temperatures, which is greater than the individual resistance of ABS and PC.
